Whether you have just seen the LHF’s exhibition on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, visited our table at a community event, or found this resource online, we hope you will use it to deepen your understanding of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. By engaging in the different activities in this booklet and sharing what you learn, you are participating in the very real and necessary act of Reconciliation. We must all undertake this journey to heal from the harmful impacts of Residential Schools, the Sixties Scoop and other oppressive acts resulting from colonization.
